Uncontainable: The Church Explodes!
Sunday we are starting a three month study on the birth and expansion of the church from Acts 1 through 8. We will see the early believers overcome tremendous challenges that would force us to close our doors today. Yet in spite of their hardship and the persecution they faced, they didn't give up, back down, or through in the towel at any level. What made the difference?
The church went from a hundred or so to thousands overnight. The scripture says that they began "adding people daily" to the church. Not long after that the description went from addition to multiplication! The church explodes!
Can it happen today?

Have You Signed Up?
If you have signed up for one of our growth groups, you can pick up your study guide this Sunday. If you haven't yet signed up, we have plenty of spaces available on about any day of the week, you too can sign up and get your study guide on Sunday!
We encourage those who are new to La Center Church to join a growth group. It is here you will make some great new friends, grow in your faith, and feel at home with our church. Our groups will be launching next week.

Parent Meeting - Sunday - 11 am
La Center Church Student Ministry is here to assist parents as they prepare their students for the future. With this in mind we will be we will be having a La Center Church Student Ministries' Parent Meeting during the second service on September 11th starting at 11 pm. We will be looking at an overview of this years' Student ministry and how you can be involved!
Resuming the 12th of September IMPACT for the Middle School andRadiate for the High School will provide opportunities for Students to Connect with Christ and Others.
Just a few days later, at noon on the 16th, we are having a kick-off outreach for IMPACT. It will last until 2 pm of fun and relationship building. Radiate's Kick off will occur the next week on the 22nd at the park across from Pastor Neil's house from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
